Employment Support Services
GCDHH works with the Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency (GVRA) to provide no-cost employment support services to Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, and late-deafened Georgians using a person-centered approach. We can give you the tools to prepare for employment and find the right job for you.
Our Services
Workplace Readiness
Helps develop or re-establish personal and social behaviors to enhance a person's employability.

No matter what technical skills a job requires, every job requires soft skills and good social/interpersonal skills.
Our Way Work Training Program is a customized approach to giving clients the resources and training needed to succeed in employment. Our Way trainees come into our mock work floor at a set schedule every week to perform tasks in a work environment and collaborate with other trainees, clients, and professionals on a weekly basis. Additionally, throughout the week, trainees will attend trainings and presentations to teach them about employment skills and accommodations in the work place.
