Our first-ever in-person “Follow the Sign 5K” at Brook Run Park in Dunwoody, GA, was an incredible success! The event was led by Chair Stayce Michelle, along with her team—Barbara Blackman, Anne McQuade, and our dedicated volunteers. The weather was beautiful, and the park provided the perfect setting for our 5K run.

We are especially grateful to our sponsors—Georgia Relay, SOS Agency, ICC, GATEDP, and Publix—for their support. Participants also loved the t-shirts, which were proudly designed and printed by students from the Georgia School for the Deaf.

Most of all, we thank each participant who joined us to run or walk. It was the perfect way to close out our International Week of Deaf People celebration. We can’t wait to see you again next year!
